All Cameron Scott wants to do is settle into his new job, but just try telling that to the Blue Beetle, who wants to team-up with his JLI buddy, Captain Atom.  Captain Atom and Blue Beetle got started on the wrong foot. But when Captain Atom needs his help he decides to show the "Captain Atom/Blue Beetle: The Covert Casebook" telling of adventures of Captain Atom and the old Blue Beetle.
